Terms and Conditions of Use
1) This site is owned and operated by Net Action Ltd (hereinafter called NAL).
2) NAL lists domain names for sale by interested vendors. NAL charges vendors a referral fee on completion of a domain name sale either from enquiries made directly from this site, or where it can reasonably be assumed that an enquiry was made direct to the seller after a purchaser sees a name for sale on this site.
3) The vendor and purchaser agree that they will disclose the selling price for a domain name to NAL. NAL may ask for documentary evidence of the sale price (eg invoice or email correspondence) to verify the price paid. The vendor agrees to pay this referral fee to NAL upon invoice.
4) Vendors agree that they own domain names listed for sale by them and that registrations are current.
5) Vendors agree that they will make no false claims about the value of domain names they have listed for sale.
4) NAL accepts no responsibility regarding the perceived or claimed value of a domain name listed on this site. Valuation suggestions are just that, and it is up to the vendor and purchaser to negotiate a fair deal directly between themselves.
5) NAL accepts no responsibility for any claims of ownership, site traffic or revenue that may be made by a vendor.
